ForceWare 175.75 supports 9800GT. But GPU-Z can’t analyze the full information of 9800GT.

But according to the current available information from Rivatuner, we can conclude that 9800GT is as same as 8800GT. This is 8800GT聽information from GPU-Z:

We manage to gather a little bit more info regarding the upcoming Rv770 GPU.聽 At present, expect only 2 variants coming this way.聽 The Rv770 Pro GDDR3 board is code named “Markdon” and the XT GDDR5 “Trojan” and both come in 512MB configuration and a 256bit bus.聽

The GDDR3 bard will feature a single slot cooling with 1 6pin PCIe header. While we aren’t 100% certain, the GDDR5 board will come with dual slot cooler聽and dual 6pin PCIe header, suggesting power signature greater then 150W.

Amongst other things, Rv770 will feature:

Enhanced Anisotropical filtering and 24x CFAA (Hopefully angle independent AF like the G80 family?)

DX10.1 support

Dynamic geometry acceleration?

PCI Express 2.0 16x

CrossfireX support up to 4 GPUs

The release date will be June 11th. Are you ready?

The revision “A12″聽RV770PRO core frequency聽have been聽able聽to reach聽980MHZ. The testing聽card only uses聽one slot cooler and makes cooler聽work at聽full speed.聽The retail RV770PRO will not be working at 980MHZ level, and the retail card’s working frequency聽would possibly be聽limited into 850-900MHZ. But with a better cooling condition, it is not so hard for RV770PRO core聽to break 1GHZ.

According to聽AMD’s plan, the product with codename “RV770PRO” will be released in the middle of the May. But聽AMD has changed the plan: the RV770PRO will not come out until Computex Taipei 2008. In another words,聽the RV770 families will be released together, RV770RPO with RV770XT will be聽revealed on June 3rd.
